You Should Know That...

1. All items listed for sale are brand new and they are of ready stocked items.

2. The price quoted on every item is solely the price of that one item only which of course, excludes the postage/shipping fees. Buyers are responsible for the postage/shipping fees of their purchases.

3. The prices of every item is of fixed price so, sorry darlings, no negotiations =/

4. BUT... be sure to not miss out the ongoing promotions when noticed ;)

5. Accessories worn by the models to go with the outfit is not included unless stated.

6. The colour of certain items purchased might differ slightly from the pictures shown on the screen/monitor due to different monitor resolutions. They wouldn’t be much of a difference so, no worries ;)

7. Goods sold are NOT exchangeable or refundable as only items in good condition will be sent off to you.

8. Exchanging and refunding ONLY applicable for wrongly sent or out of stock items.

9. We will not be held responsible for any losses and damages after delivery is made.

10. No reservations can be made. Payments should be made within 48hours after an email reply is sent to you to confirm your purchases.

Purchasing Guidelines

1. Browse through our items and make your choice.

2. Complete the order form and click "SUBMIT". Do not make any payments yet at this point.

3. Wait for our reply to your email to confirm the status of your items and the total bill plus the charges for shipping fees for your purchase with your purchase order number. (Emails are usually replied daily)

4. Payments then can be made once purchase is confirmed. Check out methods of payment. (Payment must be made within 48hours after confirmation or else purchase will be canceled and individual will be blacklisted)

5. Once payment is made, send a text message to us 0169348981 (Eva), 0179284304 (Eva) or 0178233266 (EeLin) to inform us about your payment. (Eg: "Hi, I'm Lady GaGa and I have banked in RM123 into your account for purchase order 0001")

6. Goods will be sent off the next working day once payment is received.

7. For meet ups (Kuantan area only), arrangements will be made once payment is received.

Payment Method

1. Currently, there is only one bank in used which is Maybank.

2. Account details will be given if purchase is confirmed via email. :D

3. Remember to text us when ur payment is confirmed.

Methods of Delivery & Shipping Rates/Charges

1) POS LAJU MALAYSIA- Pos Laju provides you the fastest and most secure courier services. It requires only 1 day* to deliver the parcel to your destination. signature is required upon the receiving the parcel. In case when receiver is not at home when the postman delivers your parcel, a notice card will be left in your mailbox and you will need to bring along the notice card to the poslaju office together with your identification card to redeem your parcel. However, you can also call 1300-300-300 to request them to resend your parcel again, free of charge.

Shipping rate is determined by Pos Laju Malaysia postage system, based on the weight of the parcel itself.

For parcels excedding 2000g:

MALAYSIA - Sabah = RM40. Next 500g = RM5.00 Max.weight 3000g

MALAYSIA - Sarawak = RM34. Next 500g = RM4.60 Max.weight30000g

MALAYSIA - KL City = RM18. Next 500g = RM2.00 Max.weight30000g

MALAYSIA - Peninsular = RM22 Next 500g = RM2.60 Max. weight 3000g

2) Pos Ekspress Malaysia- this service will deliver your item in an A4 sized envelope and the weight of the item to be delivered must be of less than 500g (Max weight 500g. no min. weight) Parcels will be delivered to your mailboxes in a day (2days for East Malaysia) and no signature is required.

Charges applied for this delivery method is RM6.00 for both East and West Malaysia.

3) Meet Ups- only applicable for areas within Kuantan at certain time. Arrangements will be made once payment is received.

Note: We will not be responsible for any broken parcels or damages or losses once the delivery is made. Tracing code of the postage will be sent to you after delivery is made.
